Tixio is in pre-release testing. Its public Android release, advertising and paid upgrade are in preparation. The app sections below explain how the planned services work; the website section explains this site.
1. Who operates the app
These terms govern Tixio, operated under the publisher name Trifon Lefterov, publishing as TLApps.eu. Contact: tixio@tlapps.eu. Effective 8 November 2026. These terms apply to the directory, accounts and optional ad-free upgrade.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Use accurate account information and keep your password secure. Do not misuse the reporting channel, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service abusively, impersonate another person, or infringe others’ rights. You may browse without creating an account.
3. An independent directory
We help you locate official attraction websites. We are independent and are not affiliated with the institutions listed. A verified label means the publisher checked a link on the displayed date; websites can subsequently change. Confirm current opening hours, prices, accessibility and ticket conditions with the attraction. Descriptions and links may be corrected or removed.
4. External sites and ticket purchases
We do not sell attraction tickets or manage bookings. External websites have their own terms, privacy practices and customer support. Ticket purchases and disputes belong with the institution or seller you used. Advertising is labeled separately and is not a verified directory listing or endorsement.
5. Free access and advertising
Free access may include Google AdMob banner advertisements. We request non-personalized ads, and Google’s consent interface controls permitted storage and processing where required. Use Account → Ad privacy choices to review available choices. Declining optional consent does not remove access to the directory.
6. One-time ad-free upgrade
The optional Remove ads upgrade is a one-time purchase through Google Play, not a subscription. The localized price and applicable taxes are shown by Google Play before you confirm. It removes advertising displayed by this app while your purchase entitlement remains valid; it does not remove advertising from external websites. Sign in with a verified app account before purchase. RevenueCat validates the purchase with Google Play. Pending purchases unlock after store confirmation. Use Restore purchases with the original Google Play account if you reinstall or change device. Refunds or chargebacks may revoke access. Store transfer rules may require support when changing app accounts.
7. Refunds and consumer rights
You can request a refund through Google Play or contact our support email. Google Play’s process and applicable consumer law determine eligibility. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory cancellation, refund, digital-content or other consumer rights. We do not promise perpetual availability of the service; any discontinuation affecting paid access will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
8. Accounts and deletion
Accounts use email verification. Password recovery is available on the sign-in screen. You can delete your account from Account → Delete account or request deletion using the public deletion page or support email. Deletion removes your app account and requests deletion of its RevenueCat customer record. Google may retain transaction records under its policies or legal obligations. Deleting an account does not itself request a refund. Local favorites can be cleared separately and are cleared on this device during in-app account deletion.
9. Content, availability and responsibility
Attraction names and trademarks belong to their owners. You retain rights to information you submit and permit us to use reports to correct the directory. We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee that every link or third-party page is always accurate, available or secure. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and disputes
Material changes to these terms will be presented in the app. We will not use updates to remove mandatory rights. Contact support first with questions or complaints. Any mandatory protections and court rights available in your country of residence continue to apply.
