You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete inside the app
Open Tixio → Account → Delete account. Re-enter your password and confirm deletion. Your live app account is deleted and removal of the linked RevenueCat customer record is queued. Local favorites on that device are also cleared.
Request deletion without the app
Email tixio@tlapps.eu from the address registered to your account with subject “Delete my Tixio account”. Include only your account email and that you want the account and associated app data deleted. Do not send a password or payment details. We verify ownership before deletion and aim to complete requests within 30 days.
What is removed or retained
We remove your live authentication account and its metadata and request removal of the linked purchase-service customer record. Store transaction records, legally required records, and limited information needed for fraud prevention or disputes may be retained where permitted. Backups expire under provider retention schedules. Google Play manages its own payment records. Deletion does not automatically refund a purchase. Favorites on other devices are stored locally; clear them there or uninstall the app.
Ownership and timing
Send the request from the email address registered to your Tixio account. If you no longer have access to it, contact support so we can discuss how to verify ownership. Never send your password, identity document or card details. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
If automated provider cleanup is unavailable, we handle the request through support. Deleting Tixio’s account does not delete your Google account or automatically refund a purchase.
